Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30 day full refund policy in line with Australian Consumer Law. This can be arranged by calling our Sales Office on 1300 320 974 or Contact Us and requesting a returns number.

All return carriage charges will be your responsibility.  Provided the item is received by us in a clean, sellable condition we will be happy to issue a full refund, less any carriage charges incurred.

Full refunds or replacement will be available in the instance of major faults/defects, provided these have been reported within the warranty period and we the fault has been verified by the OEM.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order before it has been dispatched, please call our Sales Office on 1300 320 974 or Contact Us

Should you wish to cancel an item after it’s been dispatched we will not be able to stop the delivery and you will need to contact us to arrange the return (as above).
