In this spray painting equipment video tutorial we’ll demonstrate how to prepare and setup your Tritech Airless Spray Painter, specifically how to:
- Connect hose
- Tighten with wrench
- Attach hose to gun
- Remove spray tip
- Put pump into water or solvent
- Add to drop of trilube into T-slot
- Open prime valve
- Turn unit on
- Adjust pressure to start motor
- Pull trigger while turning prime to spray
- Insert tip with safety on
How to Spray with Airless Paint Sprayers
In this spray painting equipment video tutorial we’ll demonstrate how to spray paint using your Tritech Airless Spray Painter, specifically how to:
- Once the Tritech paint sprayer is set up properly adjust the pressure until the sprayer is spraying a nice, consistent pattern.
- For spraying walls and wide surfaces set the rotatable tip to vertical with the safety on.
- For spraying long and vertical surfaces switch the tip to horizontal.
- Spray the surface at 12 inches away overlapping 50%.
How to Clean Airless Paint Sprayers

- Transfer pump from paint to solvent or water
- Remove tip with safety on
- Increase pressure to turn motor on
- Turn prime to spray
- Spary into seperate container
- Remove pump filter
- Clean and reinstall
- Remove gun filter
- Clean and reinstall
- Install tip with safety on
- Rotate to clean tip
- Spray to clean tip
How to Apply Finish Coat to Cabinets with an Airless Paint Sprayer
In this spray painting equipment video tutorial we’ll demonstrate how to apply a finish coat to cabinets with your Tritech Airless Spray Painter, specifically how to:
- Use a primer sealer and a top coat
- Set the pressure to 1500 – 1600 psi to achiveve proper spray
- Use an ultra finish tip for finer sprays at lower pressure with minimal over spray
- Pre prime to Spraying unit
- Spray the Cabinets at 12 inches away with a 50% overlap
